Why we use your data and our lawful basis

If your enquiry is from a child, we handle it in the same way as any other enquiry, but we take care to reply in a way that’s clear and appropriate for their age.
Who we share data with
We do not share contact form data with any other third party.
How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions: retained for 12 months, then deleted, unless the enquiry needs to be kept longer (for example, as part of a safeguarding record).
Under UK GDPR, you (or, if you’re a parent/carer enquiring on behalf of a child, the child) have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data, in some circumstances
- Object to how we use your data
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data
